Atlas Technologies’ precision-machined All-Aluminum ISO Flanges are ideally suited for high vacuum (HV) applications in semiconductor, magnetic, nuclear, medical, portable, aerospace and chemically corrosive environments. They are manufactured to exceed HV standards and offer superior vacuum performance in what has traditionally been a stainless steel market.

ISO Claw and Bolt Flanges are designed for large tube diameters from 2½ to 20 inch diameters (63 to 500mm).

Specifications

Atlas aluminum ISO Claw and Bolt flanges are fully compatible with existing third-party ISO flanges and hardware.
