2-1/8" 54 mm Atlas Flange TM, is a Conflat TM (CF) Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) aluminum flange with a stainless steel knife edge explosively bonded to an aluminum body, a weld neck, is non-rotatable with a 0.75" inside diameter and clearance holes.
