Atlas aluminum elbows, tees, and crosses are precision-machined for HV and UHV-compatible tube fittings. These compact, weldable fittings are designed and machined with smooth internal surfaces and radiused corners to maximize conductance and flow. Atlas aluminum elbows, tees, and crosses are rigorously tested to UHV standards and are compatible with Atlas ISO, CF, and ATCR face-seal flanges and fittings.
They are ideally suited for both HV and UHV environments in the semiconductor, magnetic, nuclear, and medical fields, and are suitable in chemically corrosive environments.
Atlas aluminum fittings are available in standard tube sizes including 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1-1/2, and 2 inch diameters.
Our aluminum elbows, aluminum tees, and aluminum crosses are compatible with standard US tube sizes. Custom metric sizes are available upon request.
Aluminum’s superior thermal conductivity properties keep semiconductor process gasses in suspension — one more reason for using aluminum vacuum components.
