Al/SS CF Flanges
The Atlas aluminum flange body with a stainless-steel ConFlat (CF) knife edge provides all-metal sealing and welding to an aluminum chamber. This allows vacuum engineers and designers to fully utilize the high (HV), ultrahigh (UHV) and extreme high (XHV) vacuum properties of aluminum.
Ti/Al CF Flanges
The Atlas bimetal TI/Al flange with aluminum body metallurgically bonded to titanium, uses the industry standard ConFlat knife-edge seal. This non-magnetic, low Z, and lightweight flange enables the use of aluminum UHV systems in sensitive environments like cyclotrons and nuclear reactors.
All Titanium CF Flanges
The Atlas Titanium CF Flange offers all-metal UHV/XHV sealing to a titanium chamber for outstanding vacuum performance. The flange body and ConFlat (CF) knife-edge seal are manufactured of titanium for applications requiring rugged durability, low weight, and non-magnetic permeability.
