Bimetal Al/SS Quick Disconnect Fittings

Quick-Disconnect fittings are a quick and easy way of connecting tubular vacuum components such as feedthroughs, gauges, and glass tubing to aluminum vacuum systems. 

Fittings are comprised of four basic parts: a body, gasket, retainer, and nut. The retainer and nut are stainless, and an Atlas bimetallic transition joins the stainless sealing body to the aluminum body for weld-up to an aluminum vacuum vessel.

Standard gasket material is a Viton® elastomer, which is capable of sustained operation at temperatures up to 150°C.
