Atlas ATCR™ Bimetal Face-Seal Fittings enable robust, demountable use of aluminum tubing in cryogenic, physics, and semiconductor applications worldwide. They are offered in socket weld, butt weld, male weld, and chamber mount configurations. While fully compatible with Swagelok VCR® and Parker-Hannifin VacuSeal® fittings, our fittings are especially well suited for use in applications where high thermal conductivity and high chemical resistance is required, or where any of the advantageous physical properties of aluminum are desired.

Specifications
- Fully compatible with Swagelok VCR® and Parker-Hannifin VacuSeal® fittings
- Socket, butt, male, and chamber mount geometries are available in 0.25”, 0.375”, 0.5”, 0,75” and 1” tube diameters
- Standard chamber mount fittings are 1.25” long, making them suitable for chamber wall thicknesses up to 1.25”
- Chamber mount fittings can be cut to fit thinner walls
