Product Specifications

Atlas Titanium Face Seal Fittings are used where light weight and high chemical resistance is required. The fittings offer a solution for gas delivery systems in the cryogenic and semiconductor industries and are the ideal choice for UHV and XHV environments 

Fittings are fully compatible with Swagelok VCR® and Parker-Hannifin VacuSeal® fittings. Standard fittings are available in 0.25”, 0.375”, 0.5”, 0,75” and 1” inch titanium tube diameters.
